Our summer donation drive wrapped up this weekend, and the CSRA showed up in a big way: more than 300 pieces of durable medical equipment came through the door, from walkers and shower chairs to two nearly new hospital beds.
Every item is inspected, sanitized, and safety-checked by volunteers before it reaches the lending floor. Most of this haul will be back out the door and into a neighbor’s home before the end of the month.
Have equipment gathering dust in a garage? The Closet accepts donations every Thursday from 12 to 4 PM.
